- Sync data from your cardiac activity, workouts, and health information using Apple Health. This allows you to visually track your key health parameters in a simple and intuitive manner. These data obtained from Apple Health will help us prevent and monitor conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and sedentary lifestyle. You can also input your activity data into Apple Health through our app.

- Obtain the MiSalud card for free: This card provides preferential access to Quirónsalud's prestigious centers, services, and professionals.

- Request an appointment for your next health exam or analysis by checking the availability of our nearest center.

- Store your medical reports, imaging tests, and other health-related information such as your health insurance card.

- Join our Health Campaigns to improve your well-being and prevent diseases.

- Access personalized health advice from our healthcare team to adopt healthy habits in various areas such as nutrition, hypertension, muscle pain, and ergonomics.
